Fragments, „Realchiffern“, which are charged with the utopian in nature, i.e. with that which has not yet emerged, but which appears, and which can be felt individually if one lets the impressions associated with the fragments sink in.
But because man himself is essentially a product of nature, his successful communication with that which is laid out in nature means at the same time even more: namely a successful communication of nature with itself. The work of art thus becomes a means of expression of this self-understanding.
If it really succeeds, it is capable of overcoming those deficiencies that permanently burden human life – hence the utopian character of the works, which aim to bring together European and East Asian views of nature. This hope of success must be preserved.
